Soooshi is a retail and catering service specialized in the art of sushi-making based in St Andrews. We have been rolling sushi since 2013 to provide a supreme sushi experience for both our everyday customers and occasional events. Our menu offers a wide range of both meat and vegetarian options at an affordable price. It was set up as an initiative in support of a wildlife conservation project and environmental concerns still lie at the very heart of our business, putting special emphasis on the Scottish provenience of our ingredients. We endeavour to use fresh ingredients, maintain a high level of culinary skills and cooperate with local suppliers.

As freshness is one of our priorities, we guarantee that our ingredients are never stored and they are always used immediately. Throughout the process we maintain our rigorous principles concerning hygiene. George Campbell & Sons, as a company committed to supporting a responsible and efficient fishing industry, is the sole supplier of our fish.

Soooshi aims at providing a pleasant sushi experience whilst minimizing our environmental impact. All of our ingredients are organic, most chosen locally from completely ethical and morally responsible suppliers. We have also reduced the plastic content in our packaging to a bare minimum, using environmentally friendly recyclable plastic boxes. Being set on Market Street, in the very heart of St Andrews, allows us to understand and meet the particular demand of its vibrant student body. We are happy to cater great parties and events with an option to personalize the order.
